Hello! How was your week so far, darling? Good, I hope? Heaps have been happening, not just at the club – one of our favourite countries, Japan, was hit by a series of earthquakes and tsunamis from last week. The disaster is beyond awful, I tell you. I had a friend who was having a class halfway when the first earthquake hit Japan and buildings were swaying so much it was insane. Well, with a magnitude of 8.9, insane is an understatement really. I’ve had friends who were planning to visit Japan in April (which is next month!! how quickly time flies) and they’ve had to cancel plans. Our hearts and prayers go out to the wonderful amazing people in Japan who are going through this extremely hard time. Gambatte Japan!
Speaking of next month, we’re glad to announce that reno will be almost done by then!!!!! Yay!!! *throws confetti* Therefore, we beseech you, oh kind soul, keep hanging with us and don’t mind the tiny changes in the club as you party with us over the weekend! For that, I assure you, your reward shall be a great time of partying with your girlfriends and boys! :D
How did you like last week? We had POPTART and BOOTY CALL on Saturday. I bet it was some crazy shit ass night – fact: DJs weelikeme, Jah & Jinmart and DJ Andrew Handsome T spinning at the club = crazy awesome bangin’ fun night. It’s one of my favourite combi nights really. I always leave the club so happy. Then again, since when have I not?! Hahaha!
Anyway just to prove how awesome the night was.. I sneaked a picture of our lovely DJ Andrew T dancing with crowd. I call this, Signature Move #2.
What could be his signature move #1? You have to head to the club to find out yourself!!! This Saturday, we’ve got DJ Licca in BUMP. Yes, our smokin’ hot DJ LICCA from Japan is safe and sound and will be joining us for My Japanese Affair. Head down, show your love and support for Japan! We’ve got an exciting line of events coming up in April that we can’t wait to share them with you!! What an amazing month February was! Style Wars was insane last weekend – congrats to Shanna + Nathaniel who won the trip to compete in the first international Style Wars Finals in New York City! Special thanks to our sponsors for the event (Ritz Salon, Smirnoff) and official media, STYLE magazine.

So this week has been one whirling intense of events! The Grammy Awards was held and The Arcade Fire won a grammy!!!!!!! YOOOOO!!!!! Amazing bunch of guys!!! Today we had our Finance Minister deliver the Singapore Budget 2011 speech.. can u say “Ang pao” again??? AND tonight, the HUGE TOTO draw of $11 MILLION buckeroos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGGGGGGGGG
Some intense shit there, if you ask me. I don’t even know what to feel!! But we’ve got the cure for it. This Saturday, remember to head to The Butter Factory and we’ll party along with you (like we always do, you know you got us on that!) We’ve got DJ ANDREW HANDSOME T looking for some booty at BOOTYCALL (BUMP) and DJs weelikeme, JAH + JINMART hitting all you popsluts at POPTART (FASH).
We’ve got a few drink promotions going on this weekend so HEAD ON DOWN and surprise yourself. We’ve got beer promos going on and Moet Rose bottle promotions. Blah blah, you get it.. just come down and grab your friends and have a blast!
